  1. This is a company where you cannot speak to anyone and their transfer fees are 35. percent of transaction most other brokers are 1 percent I found out after signing up because you can’ t unless you sign up!!! I will never use them after getting burned 35 percent??????!!!!!!! If you want a card forget it !it says ten dollars but I had 27 dollars and just brought me to where I was waiting for an answer but never got one!!!! Unreal!!!! No human contact @ all

  2. I first used their wallet to buy an Amazon gift card for around $250. Flawless. Gave me a code right away. I had some extra Bitcoin and wanted to expand my mining rig so I bought one for $1000. Did NOT work the same BUT they took my Bitcoin. I didn’t get a gift card code and I have been waiting for days for a simple email back and nothing. This has all the looks of an ABSOLUTE SCAM! Their 800 number will not be put thru to a live person and just tells people to go to their website. Horrible company. They ripped me off. I hope they get sued.

  3. I’ve used dozens of wallets and this is so bad, it’s completely unusable! You can only load it from an exchange or from a credit card (which means if you already have another wallet – you can’t move crypto from it to this one!). Why are we STILL forced to go to a ?!@# exchange to move from wallet to wallet? WHY?!?

  4. Biggest vallet scam. Charge 14 euro for a 25 euro btc transaction. “Miner fees”.

Did the same payment with another vallet and the fee was 1.25 euro. But bitpay charges 14 euro! They claim non of the fees goes to the company, but to the miners. I sendt money to bitpay because i used my phone and i regret it so much. Stay away from Bitpay if you read this.

  5. I have an old BitPay account that I haven’t used in a few years, and recently wanted to use it again. I no longer have the debit card from the account and just want a replacement card. I tried for several days by email, chat, and phone, and they all keep sending me to another support person or phone number. Terrible customer service and nobody can seem to help me get a replacement card. After reading all of these negative reviews I don’t think I want to use my account anymore
