Do I need an appointment?

The short answer is: yes. We’re open 7 days a week, but knowing when to expect you means that we can make sure that someone is on hand to answer all of your questions, and we can even arrange for a specific vehicle to be available for a test drive.

Which documents do I need to bring with me?

  • Your driving license
  • Utility bill showing your current address dated within the last three months and a proof of signature
  • Recent wage slips (if arranging finance)
  • Documents for your previous car if you are exchanging

Will I be insured straight away?

In order to make sure that you can drive away in your newly purchased used car, there is a 5 days free  Insurance available.

I am of course going to be returning to Concept and I can’t wait for them to help me the second time round. There is always such a wide range of cars to choose from I know I will be spoilt for choice. The team are super friendly too and I am looking forward to seeing them all again.

The customer service I got from Keiron and the rest of the team was second to none, everyone was very polite. Concept offered me a great deal on the car too, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. I will bar Concept in mind for the future.

  7. I am actually really happy with everything, the car the customer service the staff everything! The experience was really good and that’s why I came back the second time round. It was dead sound and chilled the second time round as I was buying the car for myself, the first one was for my wife. The salesman made it dead simple he just text me over some cars he had in my price range I picked one and we went to dealership and picked it up. Dead straight forward process everyone was helpful n friendly enough as well which was sound.

  10. These guys were spot on with everything, I am buzzing with my experience seriously they were so good. I test drove two cars which was really nice both times no pressure was put on I was left alone to do my own thing, I knew as soon as I drove the Ford Focus I wanted it. The staff explained everything to me about the car and the finance and the knowledge they have is out of this world. Everything I asked for I lit got, couldn’t be happier. Cheers lads I will see you again in a couple of years to upgrade again.

  11. Laura is so helpful she was literally amazing from the moment I arrived at the dealership to the moment I drove away in my new car. The staff at this dealership really will do there best to make you a happy customer. I have no issue with coming back here to purchase my next car and I can confidently recommend Concept Car Credit to anyone who is need of a new car especially if you’re needing help with finance too. The whole of my experience ran so nicely there were no issues or I didn’t have to wait around at any time, no one put a foot out of line, all I can say is just how brilliant these guys are!
