Was dealt with very well, pleasant and professional
It was Nathan who I dealt with at Crown Cars, He was absolutely brilliant, the customer service I received deserves five stars for sure! He really made an effort to be welcoming and accommodating and it didn’t go unnoticed. My van was presented beautifully and looked so clean, I have nothing but praise for him and the team on a whole!!
I’ve had my Cooper S for a few weeks now and I’m so happy with it. Although it is a second-hand car, it was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition, there wasn’t a single scratch or mark on the body work and the interior is immaculate. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful during my purchase, always checking I had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the aftersales call that they gave me to make sure I am happy with my purchase, it just shows how much they care for your custom!
Everything is absolutely fine and dandy with my new Juke, it drives exceptionally well and is getting me from A to B just fine. Its a nice size not too big and bulky but spacious enough for the family. I would be happy shopping with Crown Cars again, they were extremely polite, helpful and easy to deal with. They did everything they could for me leaving very little for me to do when I collected. Highly impressive dealership!
I will definitely be using Crown Cars again when I am after my next car purchase. The car was in mint condition even though it is second hand! I found the whole process to be straight forward and nothing was too over complicated at all. I thought it was a really easy buy and I would definitely do it again! They had a good selection of cars and vans and all priced well, happy to recommend.

My A4 is absolutely spot on, driving perfectly ever since leaving the garage! It was so clean and tidy, and definitely looked the part when I went to collect it, ti was gleaming clean! The Crown Cars team are absolutely fantastic, they were ever so helpful and did everything they could for me when I was down there! I have no doubts in my mind about my car, and will definitely be passing on my recommendations!
I will definitely be sticking to this dealership from now on, my RCZ is brilliant for my day to day and it drives mint. I have had no issues whatsoever its been a really good motor. The lads were spot on, sorted me a cracking deal, so no complaints from my end. Great dealership to work with!
Absolutely spot on from beginning to end, my Sandero is a great car, and is perfect for my everyday travelling, it is in a lovely condition and drives beautifully. In regards to the customer service…the lads were top notch, they sorted me a great deal for the car and looked after me so well. I will definitely be recommending!

Terry was brilliant to deal with when I was buying the Fabia, he wasn’t over the top or pushy but he was a typical salesman so no budging on the price 😂 but in all seriousness he was a great help and was highly organised with everything. He presented the car well and answered any and every question that I had. The handover was very quick and simple, and the car has been great since. Thanks Terry and co.
It couldn’t have been easier to buy my Ford Focus from Crown Cars, I’ve bought cars before and its never been as streamline and simple! The whole process was quick and the salesman did absolutely everything, all I had to do was sign on the dotted line, literally as simple as! Such a nice company to deal with, I would happily return.
