In all honesty I would score this dealership highly! The whole experience was great and I am very pleased with my car. When I have needed things or had questions after the purchase it has never been an issue, the team were right at the other end of the phone and happy to help. I cannot fault Steven at all he has was brilliant from arriving to the dealership all he way through to driving away with my new Kia. He was accommodating, genuine and up front and honest which is all I wanted, not that I’ve found that anywhere else! He was so helpful, he didn’t ask anything from me at all, he sorted absolutely everything out for me. I am really enjoying the Kia Sportage its such a nice car, so comfy and handles well when driving!
