Reis was absolutely amazing with me when I was buying my new to me C43 AMG, he answered any and every question I had and really took me under his wing with explaining everything, running through all the details and he also gave me some really valuable advise and help. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he did everything he could for me to ensure that I was 100% happy with my purchase. It is a really beautiful car and drives so so well, I cannot imagine myself going anywhere else from now on, they were absolutely brilliant!
Really simple and straight forward process when dealing with the people at Essex Prestige. Everything was done in a nick of time, without any fuss, hassle or stress. I cannot fault one bit and would happily recommend them to others!

Really good, quick and efficient service. Car was nice and tidy, had a lovely valet carried out. Did find a slight tear in the back seat so communicated this and they were more than happy to cover the cost and get this sorted for me 😉 Can’t complain with the service, would happily recommend!
It is my wife who is the main driver of the Fiat 500 and so far everything seems fine, it is all going very well, the only questionable thing is her driving!!!😂 The team were as good as gold at the dealership, they sorted everything for us really quickly and efficiently and we were in and out in no time! We are both really happy with the purchase, and would happily make trip again when we are after another!
