  1. Exodus Wallet is not secure. Store your assets elsewhere.

They won’t do anything apart from responding with a generic and fake statement of “how sad” they are for me and how it’s apparently the worst part of their day to read how their customers lost money.

Truth be told, Exodus do not care about customer safety. They only care about racking up as much money from you as possible.

I merely logged into my wallet one day, to check up on my assets, only to see it all being withdrawn minutes later. I never clicked on anything, never spoke to anyone and kept my phrase and passwords safely on paper. I simply logged into my account and the punishment was the loss of over $10k in assets. I’m not the only one who has fallen victim to the Exodus Desktop wallet security flaws.

Do NOT trust Exodus. They will take zero liability. They will only respond with fake niceness or insinuate that you are the problem.

  2. I have lost all my assets, i been hacked because your security sucks

  3. To be honest with you, this is the first time I have had a wallet, I’m very new to crypto and still learning. I think Exodus is a awesome wallet, it has a lot to offer, lots of information etc. I had a problem in the beginning which was sorted with the live option. I like the way you can do things and exchange in the wallet plus I like the staking option which I’m doing at the moment. All and all I like Exodus and I wont be changing.

  4. I’ve used Exodus for the past six years and as a former software company owner I am impressed with your customer service and continued improvements. I only wish I had a payment option other than Moonpay. I tried to sign up with them and was rejected with no reason why and no way to appeal. This means I will continue to have to use Coinbase for purchasing and cashing out with my bank.

  5. Exodus is doing great and I received my withdrawal in record time! The only challenge is not being able to link my bank account so I can convert crypto to fiat currency

  6. Hi, It’s a very clever app with the hightest approach to the reality. Thank’s a lot.

  7. Its a top wallet until it gets hacked and there is no come back from it. Even though all my computer security and Exodus was updated and current, my funds got stolen. Only ever consider a cold/hard wallet, not Trezor as it relies on a software interface, which can be compromised.

  8. I am new here. I like the protection of the wallet. I am still learning the system, but I am gaining confidence in the process. I would recommend Exodus to everyone.
