I went down to Herts and Essex to collect the car and the gentleman I dealt with was very nice, the car was presented nicely, all cleaned to a high standard on the inside and outside and the transaction went through really easily. The car itself is great, just what I wanted. I have no complaints whatsoever.

  2. Everything has gone smoothly with the car and the buying process. Taking a bit of getting used to but definitely enjoying getting to grips with it. Decent motor and nice guys to deal with, 5 out of 5 from me and I would recommend.

Bought my Aston Martin from Herts and Essex Motor Company and the salesman were fantastic, no pushy pitches or hard sales, all gave me their time of day and were more than happy to go through everything with me at my own pace. I didnt feel a pest asking questions and, I knew the salesman was happy to answer and talk about the car as much as I wanted. Through the great customer service and the car itself, I was sold! It’s a beautiful car, very luxurious and smart inside, its a dream. Thanks Herts and Essex Company – biggest recommendations for this business!

  4. The customer service provided at Herts and Essex has been fantastic, every member of staff I spoke to or dealt with was friendly and polite. I found the perfect Land Rover here and to top it off, they organised for the car to be delivered to my door, such a simple and easy process, the service has been great through-out. I love the Land Rover, its a great car and very reliable, just what I wanted!

  5. Bought my used ten-year old vw golf blue motion from here. Exceptional value at just under £3k. Excellent condition, has replaced the Mitsubishi I had had for 13 years before and very happy. Friendly staff, car was in great condition, excellent value. Didn’t realise at first it was a blue motion. Bargain of the country!

  6. What a cracking dealership! Herts and Essex are one of a kind, from the service provided, to the standard of cars they have in stock. You cannot fault them one bit. From walking through the doors, you know you are going to be well looked after. The sales team are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They truly value every single customer that enters their doors, no matter how much or how little you are willing to spend. This was my second purchase from Herts and Essex and wow they deliver 10/10 service every time! Especially Dan who was a cracking salesman, and had extensive knowledge of the cars and gave us a very in-depth overview of the car I was interested in, which was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. These guys are so trustworthy and really look after you during the whole process. If I could give them more stars I would!

  7. Great little car, drives exceptionally well and is very cheap on fuel. I thought the customer service was great, they were very welcoming and looked after me during the whole process. I would definitely buy from here again.

During the purchase, the salesmen were all so helpful and made the transaction as easy as possible. I didn’t feel any pressure and I was allowed to take my time when viewing the car.
