The KuCoin cryptocurrency exchange has been on the market since 2017. The platform ranks sixth in the world in terms of trading volume. Supports transactions with more than 295 cryptocurrencies. And also with five fiats: USD, CAD, VND, IDR and CNY. The exchange offers spot, margin trading with a maximum leverage of 1:10, market and limit orders. The most popular cryptocurrencies in KuCoin are XBT, BTC, ETH. Commission policy of the site: trading transactions – from 0.005 to 0.01%, deposit and withdrawal of funds – free of charge.

  1. Excellent exchange!
    Easy interface, good mobile app, good security, many coins/tokens to choose from.
    Decent derivatives and futures, that do work for UK customers, unlike other regulated Exchanges, who had to comply with stupid UK legislations.
    Cons:
    Not cheap to transfer FIAT to and from.
    No trading pairs with GBP, have to exchange to USDT and pay exchange fees.
    Had issues with crypto transfer, due to maintenance (had to wait a week, until it resolved)

  2. I got hack 11 days ago, all the security measures didnt work, and Kucoin didnt warn me about withdraws or transactions, Rarely hackers left 300 dlls in my account.
    This is Kucoin Fault!! All security measures were violated

  3. My account has been hacked. Someone used my usdt to buy Bitcoin then withdrew despite me having 2FA. KuCoin refusing to help and say I must have gone onto a phishing website when I categorically know I haven’t. KuCoin are criminals and utter scum who fob you off. Use at your peril.

  4. Ku Coin is absolutely impossible to get your money from. Warning if you put money in Kucoin you will NOT be able to get your money back. 100% it will be gone forever.

  5. I had set a stop last night on an open trade and this morning,when I checked,it was closed as it had reached the limit. To my surprise,about 40 mnts later,I get msgs to say that the trade had been liquidated and I lost all my money.Absolutely ridiculous that they managed a glitch like this.

  6. Worst like nightmare requesting private documents like IDs,Passports and to pose with a word written in paper together with your document.

  7. After my experience with kucoin, I am not anymore surprised about the poor rating. Registration was easy and qualification for some of those “mystery boxes” was pretty easy as well. That’s when the fun began: apparently my account was flagged for some reasons, which resulted in an error that made it impossible to claim these mystery boxes and I was asked to contact support, which I did. Support only provided some vague accusations (all of them untrue from my point of view) without being able to go into details about the reason (I assume low level support doesn’t know either and just copy paste some unhelpful FAQ stuff). Anyway, the good thing is: Deleting the account goes as smooth as the registration.

  8. There systems sends false reasons and does not approve merchant account. My bank statement is more than 3 months but it is rejected with reason it is not 3 months. My email is already linked but it says, I need to link my email.
    The support does not suck, it actually *ucks. They does not bother to reply on email. The live chat is connected and just take your email. The live chat does not want to handle the issues and responded they will send my email later.

  9. Kucoin is the most absolute dog shhtt platform you can use. Constant glitches and crashes. They just took away the ability to deposit money with a debit card with no notice you have to use a 3rd party platform that takes 2-4 hours to deposit. No that’s not a joke that’s how terrible they are lolol. Too many others to write but literally use any other platform.
