Trying to scam your honest users? Really? Have spent the last months trying to solve a basic withdrawal issue and your support is useless and can’t help me!
Don’t go near these guys unless you want to lose your coins and have your personal data abused.
They have over .5 BTC of mine in an active transaction, but it will not allow me to cancel the transaction. I cannot withdraw, cancel, exchange my coin. Support tells me they are working on it, but it has been two weeks and no progress. Support is vague and useless. Stay away from this exchange!
Update: They finally resolved the issue today and returned my BTC. I immediately withdrew everything in my account. I will still never trade on their site again based on my experience, and everyone else. As you can see by these comments, they have multiple bugs and issues with withdrawing and exchanging. They are messing with people’s money/investments- not cool at all.
I accidentally sent tokens to Latoken’s address instead of my own… and for 4 months they’ve refused to send them back to me. There is no support number to call, no one to talk to, they have no interest in resolving my issue. All they want is to keep my money.
Avoid at all costs!!
Went to one of their meeting around Websummit. After arranging a ticket (normally €20, now FREE), I have been waiting 1 hour for a < 5 minute Sales pitch. Presentation suppose to be around blockchain as mentioned in their invite..
Faking the positive reviews won’t change a dime. LaToken scammed me for almost 3 btc and they WILL scam you the same way! Beware, of the Russian cons! LaToken is a Russian fraud!!!!

Total thieves, who takes all your airdrops and money for lack of activity over 6 months? $43 usd you took for inactivity? Without any warning at all whatsoever I checked. I was just there a few weeks ago as well and was expecting more airdrops, we have been under Covid lockdown for the past 6 months FYI!
This is one of the coolest exchange I have ever used. Talking about fast withdrawal and easy access to your portfolio, this is one of them! Though Binance is pretty cool too, LATOKEN is pretty much at the same direction though.
I was sceptic but took a go at it and really enjoyed the experience.I used the sell/buy crypto tool and got a good option on where to sell the Eth I had at a great rate.
I keep seeing people complaing about this exchange dnt know why, never had 1 single problem with withrawls and depoists , money, crypto transfers right on time 2 FACTOR AUTH, very good experience overall!
