Mount Vernon Motors deserve every inch of success that flows their way, they are the nicest dealership I’ve ever been to in all of the many many years I have been buying cars! I have already recommended my Son in law to these guys as they were just perfect, he is going to view a car from them this weekend! The Tiguan that I purchased has been faultless ever since leaving their site, it has not had a single fault with it and has been wonderful to drive! The salesman who I had was an absolute treasure, he was so helpful and an all round really nice guy. He always offered us drinks and and more sure we were comfortable, he just made us feel really welcome and valued. I will not be going anywhere else ever again, and I can’t believe I haven’t used them before!
I will defo be telling all my mates about Mount Vernon Motors they were absolutely spot on. Everything went smoothly with no problems at all it was completely hassle-free.

Upon arrival I could see the efforts that had gone into preparing my car. I purchased an Audi TT and it was presented superbly, the was super shiny and not a single mark or dent on it, It had been polished and detailed to a very high standard. It goes to show that the whole team take pride in what they do. I’ve had so much fun in the car especially with the good weather. I’m glad I went with a TT its so enjoyable to drive. My TT is such a lovely car and is so much fun on the roads! I am really happy that I decided to go with a TT as they are just so enjoyable to drive. The team were lovely to deal with as well, they were really helpful and didn’t pressure me into a sale, instead I was allowed to take my time and get a good look around the car. I highly recommend Mount Vernon and would happily buy from them again!
By far one of the nicest cars I have owned. It is in beautiful condition, and didn’t cause too much of a crater in my bank either! My Q5 is a great car to drive, and is very spacious, which is perfect for my little family 🙂 The whole crew were a great help, always available when needed and very approachable. They let me view the car in my own time, with no hard selling or any of that malarkey! I would definitely look at going to Mount Vernon again when I am after a mix up in a few years time!
Absolutely smashing! I am really loving my E220, it is a bloody gorgeous motor and is driving me about Glasgow perfectly! Mount Vernon are simply excellent! The team are a pleasure to deal with, there are no pushy sales, just good chat and advice. I am really happy with the car I chose its lovely and it suits me down to the ground! I would without a doubt recommend them.
I did have to get the alternator fixed shortly into the ownership of my Audi TT, however it was covered by the warranty, and the Mount Vernon team did everything they could to help me out, so I can’t fault them in that aspect! Everything was really simple and streamline during the sale, and it was a very quick turnaround as well. They have been great to deal with, and I would happily visit again.
I travelled 220 miles from Manchester to pick up a Mercedes CLS that I had bought and paid for only going off the online listing. The car is great and exactly as described. The whole experience was very straightforward and all the people I dealt with at Mount Vernon – Alan, Greg, Charlie and Lisa were very friendly and helpful, Would definitely recommend!

So far so good, I am very happy with my Polo and have come across no issues at all since the purchase! The team have been lovely right from the first enquiry up until taking the car away. I have no comments that I could give to help the team improve, they are bob on with everything!
Wow, Mount Vernon have blown me away with their exceptional customer service! The A3 looked fantastic at MVM, so I snatched up the deal right away as it was in great condition for the age and mileage! When I got home, I noticed a small issue with one of the brakes, so I called the guys up who were more than happy to help, and apologised for the inconvenience. They got someone out to me the next day, and changed the calliper on my doorstep, talk about first class service! I really can’t fault the team one bit, and would recommend anyone to use them, they are second to none!
A perfectly easy process to follow, it was a piece of cake. No problems at all it was a quick turn around and the staff were always on the ball. My Golf was clean and tidy upon arrival, pristine in fact! I highly recommend this family run business, they are better than any main dealer, I can guarantee that!
Absolutely great, nae bother at all buying from Mount Vernon Motors. The family run business is the perfect to place to buy a car from, they have a lovely environment in the dealership, and really have the customers best interests at heart. It was zero bother getting the car, it was an easy transaction and ran like clockwork. The car is bloomin bang on, I have zero complaints.
