Brilliant service provided by My Car Choice, really pleased with how everything went and have got myself a cracking car. I would definitely have a look at these guys again when I am after a new purchase.
From the get go the boys couldn’t have done anymore for me, absolutely spot on. They sorted the car, documents, tax, V5, everything out for me and all I had to do was collect and sign on the day. It was extremely easy and at no point was I under any pressure. Nothing but top marks for My Car Choice, massively recommend!!

I can’t recommend My Car Choice enough. Everything from viewing the car in the showroom to the handover of my Seat was amazing. There were no pushy sales tactics and the team answered all the questions I had. I had a test drive of the car without pressure and loved it! It was a no brainer, the car was perfect for me and I have been smiling ever since!
I had absolutely no concerns when I bought my A5 from My Car choice, from start to finish it was a smooth process. I found the car online and phoned to enquire about it, that initial communication I had with them was great. I arranged to go and see the car and liked what I saw. Tanvir was first class and he took me out for a decent test drive, he was really clear in explaining everything and the sale was complete quickly. Would buy from here again.
During the time of the purchase Craig was dealing with me, he was well and truly amazing from start to finish, he was so helpful with everything and made sure I 100% understood everything before we made the deal. The VW Transporter is something massively different to what I usually have.. well for starters I have never owned a van before. Its strange because you look over your shoulder and cant see anything, I had to start coming into junctions square.. van drivers you’ll know what I mean. I am enjoying driving it though its a cracking van. I cant thank you guys enough, Thanks again!
No bother at all buying my A4, the team were lovely to buy from and made me feel very welcome throughout. The lads were great to chat too, and did everything they needed too to sort the sale out. They were efficient and helpful, and knew all of the cars like the back of their hand. I had no quibbles with the team, and would happily pass on my recommendations.
It was my first time visiting the team in Halifax and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Everyone who I came into contact with was really helpful and welcoming, Their service was always spot on and professional so I can’t complain. My Audi is a cracking little car as well, it is doing its job nicely, cheers guys.
I am over all very happy with each and every aspect of my experience down at My Car Choice. The Volkswagen Polo is driving beautifully, no faults, no knocks or anything of the sort. I could not be happier with my new little car, its a great drive that I love driving each time I am behind the wheel. The customer care was top, I was best impressed with how helpful and lovely all of the members of staff were. I felt very comfortable at all times and not once was any one pushy or tried any hard sell. I have no qualms with giving this excellent dealership a beaming 5 star rating!
