A returning customer to upgrade the wife’s car. Kevin was brilliant. Listened to everything that we were looking for. Very patient with the Misses indecisiveness letting us test drive 3 different vehicles finally settling on the first one. We’re we’re financing the vehicle so paid our deposit to take the vehicle off sale and true to his word, Got a call back that afternoon to say everything was done and ready. We shot back over to collect the vehicle that afternoon. We are very happy and comfortable with the vehicle knowing that it has come from a reputable dealer who not only know how to sell you a vehicle but a company who can look after you as well should you need it. I had such a horrible experience at one of the large supermarket car showrooms but right from the first phone call, Kevin put me at ease as to how this dealership operated and from then on everything was totally in line with their numerous 5 star reviews. I had seen a car online that I’d liked, phoned up in the morning, had a test drive in the afternoon (all COVID compliant) and put my deposit down straight away. There were no pushy salesman tactics, I was completely free to have a look at the car as long as I liked, ask as many questions as I needed to and even if I had decided that car wasn’t for me, I would definitely have kept my eye on their website for other options and come back. The whole process was seamless. Kevin kept me up to date during the week whilst my car was MOTd and then Tyler dealt with the pick up the following week and was super helpful. After sales contact as well to check in and make sure everything was ok. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know and turns out a few people just sing their praises back to me. Am loving my new car – thanks so much!

My name is Andrew and had been searching for a new car for around two months and when I found the a VW Scirocco online at trade price cars the service was very professional and direct. I had full control and help over the whole experience from the enquiry, test drive, paperwork etc right down to the collection of my car. I felt comfortable and very confident in the salesman Peter who was dealing with my sale. They went through each stage of the sale will full detail and by the end I was very happy with my purchase. I am very pleased that I found Trade Price cars and found my perfect new car a lovely Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.2. The customer service was first class and friendly, He let me test drive the car and I arrange to buy it but first I wanted to get my own finance for the car which they allowed me to do. I got the loan a few days later and we arranged a date to pick it up. The car was clean, it had a new MOT and service, Helped me do the tax on the new car and he showed me how the controls worked. It also has a full years RAC breakdown cover I didn’t give five stars because the Petrol was left on almost empty but I called him today and this was put right straight away. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were considerate of helping the customer but not Pushy in any way and I will buy my next car there in the future. I will also be passing their details onto anyone else who may need a good car with good customer service. Jacqui A.

Purchased car from trade price cars wickford Essex. Dealt with Mitch. From start to finish he and the company knew exactly what they were about. Refreshing to deal with people who know how to handle /treat customers the right way. Great car well checked as sorted few issues before collection. Mitch knew we were going away for weekend and really wanted motor so pushed to get ready even though extremely busy. Top job and service all round. Would def recommend.

With a laid back but highly professional approach, it was a pleasure to deal with trade price cars (Mitchell who dealt with me and my family was fantastic).
