I had 450 million safemoon in my trust wallet, I upgraded my phone, downloaded trust app and entered my recovery phrase. I now have no safemoon even after switching safemoon on in tokens, customer service is complete garbage and will not reply after I explained what has happened. Funny thing is …. The small amount of other coins I had are still there so trust wallet shouldn’t be on the App Store it’s a total scam
Do not do it. I’m stuck with 400 dollars in usd that I can’t convert over to crypto unles I pay 351.00 in gas fees!! Wth hell is going on here!!! Can’t withdraw to Binance unless you swap and the fees are in the hundreds!! No customer support. Just lost money!!! Unbelievable!!! SCAM!!
I deposited 167,000 AMP and I was scammed by one of their support team. Wallet keep tokens jammed due to gas fees and when you try to get support there comes a bunch of accounts in tweeter and in links that connects wallet to Twitter. I have been scammed naively.
I bought some xrp and only received a portion of it.
I then emailed the support team on the 12th of January 2022 and it’s been 9 days now and no reply at all.
I’ve sent a total of 6 emails but it’s as if they just don’t care.
Id recommended any other crypto wallet before trust wallet.

AVOID USING!
It does not provide you any options to take your coins away from the wallet. I tried to send to my other wallet, but it keeps giving errors. I tried to swap to another coin (TUSD) and it still gave an error, although all addresses were correct. In the swaps, I lost so many of the coins in fees.
Hold your coins elsewhere, as withdrawing from Trust Wallet is a big bummer.
Trust wallet is by no means trust worthy I opened a trust wallet account
I put £180 into my account I was waiting to invest in the right coin
I ended up not investing for about a month
I went to my account to invest in shiba coin
I found my account empty
I sent an email to trust wallet support
To which I get an automatic reply saying we reply in 3 to 5 business days
That’s over a month ago and no reply
So my point is
They want your money
But don’t even think about contacting us if you get hacked
I lost £180
But people who have thousands in a trust wallet account
Is really taking a big risk
DO NOT USE TRUST WALLET IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE
I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS WALLET. 150K PLUS EMPTIED OUT OF MY WALLET OVER NIGHT WITHOUT ANY GOOD REASON FROM SUPPORT. INSTEAD THE FAULTED ME FOR COMPROMISING MY ACCOUNT.
TOOK REPORTING THIS SCAM TO (____ASSETPURSUE____) IT WAS TRACED AND A REC0UP WAS DONE.
They are a scam they ask for money and I sent him some money and I didn’t receive any they said I had to pay some more and I did and still did not receive any money they said I had to pay more. I wouldn’t recommend trustwallet to anyone.
After depositing and staking a few different coins I can tell you this app is bad. Turn around if you don’t want endless frustrations and losing money to fees and lack of proper tracking in the UI.

Hii. Please do not sign up with this site this is totally fake. It’s my personal experience that they are scammer. They can empty your Wallet. one of my friend lost his 20k last month. One of the most sad thing is that many youtubers created a video about this app and they said this is real thay can gave you money but they are all liar. I request all of you whenever you see a video about (trust wallet) site and if they said that it’s real and gave you guys money so please report them because they are misguiding you and wasting your time.
