Really cant fault Vision in any way and it gets recommended by me as a go to dealership. Buying a car is so much easier with open honest people and their there to make a profit but they really come across as trying for the long sell to create that return customer relationship. Bought my car which was a higher mileage BMW a year ago and is still running perfectly. Came back to find a car for my younger brother and were well looked after and found a great run which was too small for him because he’s literally a giant. IN the end but we’ll still be coming back again the next time were in the market.
Ask for Omar. What can I say other that fantastic service from start to finish. He simply couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend.
My Focus that I bought from Vision Motors is running perfectly. The salesmen were very easy to deal with and were very helpful when viewing the car. When my wife is wanting a new car I’ll be sure to have a look at the stock that they have, as they were very reliable and helpful. Overall a great dealership, I can’t fault them.
From walking through the doors to driving away with my Corsa, this took a matter of 2 days. Due to my circumstances I needed the car immediately, the salesmen were great to work with and worked hard to get the car sorted straight away. The car was in good condition and was exactly what I needed, given the short notice I was really impressed to see how well it had been valeted. I would recommend this garage for people looking for a quick change of vehicles with no hassle.
Omar is a credit to the dealership, he was so helpful to me and is the reason why I gave this dealership 5 stars. There was a bit of confusion with when I was picking up the car, however, Omar got everything sorted and made everything fall into place perfectly for me. I would definitely use Vision Motors again in the future and hopefully I will deal with Omar again 🙂
The salesmen were rather friendly and helpful, and didn’t rush me when I was looking around the car. My Skoda Octavia is in good condition and looks great from the outside, I would’ve give 5 stars if the inside of the car was cleaner, but I think that is me being picky. Over-all a great dealership and a lovely car purchased.
Very helpful and friendly service. There was no pushy sales and the salesman let me take my time when I was viewing the car, I wanted to understand the car and it history before making a decision. I felt they gave me all the information I needed.. I would have no problems returning here again in the future to purchase another car.
Vision Motors Direct have been fantastic during the purchase of my BMW 3 Series, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and knew exactly what they were on about. During my viewing I was allowed to take it for a test drive which was great, as I got to see if the car is the right choice for me. My salesman was very patient and made the process from start to finish very easy and smooth. I have already recommended to friends and family who are looking for a new vehicle.
Second car I’ve bought from Vision Motors. The second time wasn’t as good as the first time. The latest purchase was just a cheap mk3 Focus. I’ve had to sort a leak in the boot, but other than that it’s good. Traded my previous car in, but was £400 down on what I should’ve got, due to “admin fees” and the tiniest of scratches on the bumper. My previous purchase from Vision Motors, 18 months earlier, was much better. Had the car delivered to my address, my previous car taken on part exchange, got the price that was offered over the phone and didn’t have to pay any admin fees on top. If the second sale had gone like the first, then I’d be happy to shop there again. Friendly sales guy, but probably won’t use the company again, due to only doing the second purchase because I needed some extra money off my trade in, and it ended up costing me £400 more than if I’d just gone elsewhere. Would still recommend to others though, as others may have a good experience, like I did first time.

having bought a car from vision motors i must thank the staff for a very great service they bestowed on me I would recomend them to anybody wishing to buy a car they are honest trustworthy and they don’t make false promises . The cars on the pitch are as good as any main dealers if you have any problems Gregg or Andy will sort out any problems you may have. I am speaking from experience having been in the motor trade for over 60 years. Well done Vision Motors.
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Everything with this garage was absolutely brilliant. My Land Rover is a wonderful car and I’ve had no issues whatsoever, which is the first, as Land Rovers are normally a right pain in the BEEEEP!! I didn’t come across 1 person who wasn’t helpful, bubbly and organised, they provided fantastic service and did everything they needed too for me. No messing on the trading in and all tied up within a matter of hours. Chuffed over-all and happy to come back for another in the future.
Great little run around. Drives well and has been very reliable. It is great on petrol and is a nice easy drive. All the guys were more than helpful and were really friendly. I would happily return again, they were fab.
