Very pleased with the new purchase from VR, My car was in immaculate condition when I went to view it and it has been gleaming ever since, they go to town on the detailing and polishing. The staff were helpful throughout the whole purchase, and made it as smooth as possible. Everybody I came across was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend their customer service.
VR have 146 five star reviews for a reason…They’re faultless!! From start to finish they were absolutely superb, they were welcoming, friendly and were more than helpful. I was speechless when I saw the show room, it is so prestige and professional. You instantly want to buy a car, just from how well looked after the garage is. Myself and 146 others can agree that they are one of a kind, so it goes without saying that I would definitely recommend their services to others!
Amazing!!! That is the word I would use to describe VanRooyen. They are so good at what they do, and provide service beyond perfection. The Golf I bought is perfect for me, it picks up acceleration well and is great fun to drive. It was gleaming when I went for collection, and has been looking immaculate ever since. I found these guys through Autotrader, and don’t think I would go anywhere else now. They are trust worthy, reliable and deliver the best of the best when it comes to cars, I couldn’t be happier😊.
Thanks to Simon for all the help when buying my new 5 Series. He blew me away with his knowledge, he answered every single question I had, and knew the car like the back of his hand, he was fantastic. I was given the as much time as I wanted when I was viewing the BMW, it was nice to break away from the hard sell and constantly looking over my shoulder. Simon told me to have a good think before deciding and ran through all the options with me before making the choice. It was a no brainer… I couldn’t turn down a beauty like this. I gave Simon the go ahead and the sale was finalised in a matter of minutes. I would happily return again for my next buy, and I look forwards to doing so!
My recently purchased BMW from VR is astonishing, a beautiful car and lovely to drive. This time when upgrading I deceided to go for an automatic. Having never driving an auto I was a little nervous. I’ve had so much fun getting used to the new driving style, and by gosh, it is so much easier, rather than faffing about with the gears, I don’t think I will be going back manual ever again. The BMW is comfortable for long distance driving and feels really well built, it doesn’t feel plasticky and cheap, it feels like a well made robust motor. The customer service was fantastic, Simon was our salesman and he was excellent. He always kept us in the loop of everything that was going on and was able to answer any queries. I will definitely be returning when ready but I’m sure that won’t be for a while as I’m having far too much fun with this at the moment!!

Had a great experience when purchasing a BMW X6 recently. I found VR online and they appeared to be a prestigious dealership, I was enticed and wanted to buy from here. When I went down to look at the X6 they were most helpful and very efficient in answering my numerous questions. Excellent service and communication throughout the purchase. Highly recommended to anybody looking for the higher end dealerships.
