Had a great experience so far, easy platform, good BTC rate, fees a bit high to my taste
Not even reply to messages and Not got the tokens after many days passed after I earned it. Scam and dont use your money here.
Difficulty with getting profile set up. Complications to get my account verified led to lost time trading. Support team were helpful and supportive to resolve the issue.
I decided to sign up with coins but about a month ago or so and this proved to be a very difficult and tedious experience. I wanted to buy BNB coin using their exchange and use it for a major trade that I had been waiting to get into. Coins but still has not approved my account KYC and I followed up with their support and security team on multiple occasions but they have been little to know help and have been giving me the run around. There are much better exchanges out there. My funds are still stuck in an unauthorized account till this day.
Seems I experienced a glitch on their software. I bought specifically MAYP on the 27/4/21, when the market price was 2.387857 BTC. The problem with the website, is it does not show you how much you will received before you press confirm. So I unfortunately trusted the system, and when I clicked purchase, I then received half the amount i expected. I found on my receipt that they paid out at market value 5.0 BTC.
The big issues is, their customer support is comparable to a brick wall. Since this transaction, I have been in contact with their customer support via email, we have had about 25 emails back and forth, and so far every response I get is:
“Dear user, good day. Sorry for the delay. Your issue will be considered and fixed. It may take some time, but don’t worry! there will be a resolution.”
It’s been over a month and they haven’t once mentioned anything this consequential glitch, and I don’t think they will.
Don’t lose your money like me.
And to coinsbit, please don’t respond to this message saying ‘please contact us’ like you did last time, as I did what you said, and that has gone nowhere. My ticket number is #86624, that’s where you can help me
The site has friendly admins, good trading volumes on popular pairs. My own recommendation is to list coins that are still popular on the market, like fila, quotum, argo and others. This will attract clients and investments.
after a few hick ups to get all up and running especially the KYC and change of email, I managed to get money in and especially out without issues. As many below I thought my money was going to be trapped but I got it out in the end. The customer service is clearly not proficient in English and leads to loss in translation and service, but with patience you get there! Hotmail was the issue in the end for me blocking emails from them and not coinsbit.
I am getting no reply to my requests. Sended multiple requests over the time. Thats really bad customer service over here. I cannot withdrawl money or sell anything. My account is verified but when i sell or withdrawl anything even month later its still pending… Have you got a customer support mail? The problem is not solved. Great. The problem that the withdrawl are pending over months and nothing happens its really getting someone angry. This looks like scam for me. Wouldnt recommend anyone to this company.
I want to make an advice
Do not trade with platform you don’t know much about and even if you are sure of it don’t trade more than you can afford to loss.
I lost a lot trading with a scam crypto broker that Intend to give a better profit in return. I lost my funds to this platform and I was terribly angry. I had to make a report to a crypto expert called Mrs Lisa Eric. After my report to her, I was able to recover $28,500 from them with the guidance of Lisa Eric a recovery expert. Reach out to Lisa for assistance into a better trade and how to recover from previous loses and avoid trade lose.
