  1. My alt coin is stuck in withdrawal process. There is no support from email or their team. They will steal your hard earn money. Run away as fast as you can.

  2. It has been 22 days now that I am waiting for my withdrawal from HITBtc to be deposited to my NEM wallet. Operation ID: af760425-c4e4-404f-abde-80303344f739

    All I got for numerous message to the support was promises “be assured that eventually your withdrawal will be processed. ” Time is ticking – no results, my coins are frozen on the website, the price fluctuates every day, and HITBtc feeds me with promises… Stay away from this exchange, or you will be undergoing big stress out of nothing.

  3. Over a week, my Ethereum deposit has not realized into my account. No reply. Transaction hash shows confirmed deposit into HitBTC’s wallet,but no credit into my account.

    They just do not reply back. Ticket #196168 – no reply.

    BEWARE of this exchange. It has ALL the classical warning signs that it is facing extreme liquidity problems and is about to go bust.

  4. The Hitbtc thieves stole 0.20 BTC from me. I tried to withdraw my BTC at the all time high moment of Bitcoin a month and a half ago. My withdrawal kept pending for days and then it just dissapeared from my account. The Hitbtc maffia left no traces, no hash no transaction history, they deleted everything!!! This is no lie guys please stay far away from this scamsite. I have sent 7 support request but the scammers ignored them. Untill this day nothing and they are still scamming and operating??!!!

  5. AWFUL Exchange!

    I would find a different exchange as this one has a lot of negative press and I can confirm it’s all true! I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal for over 4 days and the response I keep getting is that they are working on it or down for maintenance.

    You just need to visit their Facebook or Twitter page to see the amount of people having problems with them.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    HitBTC did resolve this situation but did take about 2 weeks.

    I haven’t used the exchange again so I couldn’t say if they are still having issues or not.

  6. my berry token deposit is lost and they dont offer proper support for over a month and now they dont get back my messages too. just stay away from this scammers.

  9. Unhelpful with removing 2FA. Sent picture of me with message and ID, and they are still insisting on providing hashes as every transaction has exchange name with it. Keep my money if you want to play that game. ROBBERS!!!

  10. I strongly advise you to avoid Hitbtc. All my coins are locked for two months for some “security issue” and the support team responds whenever they want to with a new lunatic request such as my Facebook account… so two months and still no news when ’ll get my money back. And of course I had to write to them because they wouldn’t even advise me that they blocked my account for “security issue”. Avoid by all means hitbtc and their support team.

  11. Well how do I begin, with them losing 1500 in tokens for me or the fact that it took 2 weeks to even hear back from their support? Or how bout the fact that it’s been 2 MONTHS and they are now blaming the issues on me? Never, I repeat NEVER use this SCAM exchange EVER! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

    Do not trade with platform you don’t know much about and even if you are sure of it don’t trade more than you can afford to loss.
